HALCO Year in Review 2025

As 2025 comes to a close, we look back at the year at HALCO. From investment within the business to exhibitions, team growth and charitable fundraising, here are some of the key moments from 2025.

Investing in Our Workplace
One of the key milestones of 2025 was the refurbishment of our office space. This represented a significant investment and reflected a long-term commitment to the comfort, culture and focus of the team and the business.

The updated workspace has been designed to support collaboration and day-to-day productivity, while creating an environment that reflects how the company operates as it continues to grow. The refurbishment has helped strengthen the working culture at HALCO and provided a more supportive setting for the team.

Meeting the Defence and Security Sector at Milipol Paris 2025
In November, HALCO exhibited at Milipol Paris 2025, one of the world’s leading defence and security exhibitions. Over four days, the team met with thousands of visitors from across the defence and military sector.

The exhibition provided an opportunity to engage in detailed discussions around applications, performance requirements and evolving challenges within defence and security. It also allowed HALCO to reinforce existing relationships and connect with new contacts across a sector that continues to play an important role within the business.

Supporting Causes That Matter
Fundraising for charitable causes remained a focus throughout 2025, with the team taking part in four fundraising events across the year.

In February, a Pancake Day celebration raised funds for Save the Children. This was followed by a Warehouse Bowling Competition in June in support of War Child. In September, the team hosted a Macmillan Coffee Morning, and the year concluded with a Snowball Relay Race in December for Action for Children.

Each event was supported by colleagues across the business, helping to raise funds for important causes while bringing people together outside of everyday wor.

Growing the Team
