January 2026 | Annual Strategy Meeting

The entire HALCO team kicked off 2026 in style at the historic Lyde Court in Herefordshire. It was a day for celebration as we looked back at our 2025 achievements and wins, as well as looking forward to 2026, launching the year with excitement and inspiration. Alongside updates from our directors, we were joined by racing driver, speaker and former Top Gear ‘Stig’, Perry McCarthy, who delivered a motivating keynote that resonated across the team.

About Perry McCarthy   Perry McCarthy is quite simply unique; ex Formula One driver, bestselling author & the original Stig from BBC’s Top Gear.   With over 1500 appearances to date Perry combines his famous sense of humour with experiences of rising to the top of Motor Sport against the odds to entertain corporate audiences worldwide with captivating business and motivational addresses.   His talk kept the entire room laughing and hooked, from stories about his time on Top Gear to his unconventional and seemingly impossible rise to the Formula 1 starting grid. Perry taught us how to overcome rejection and how to stay motivated, even when the odds are against you. After an engaging talk and Q&A session, we were left feeling inspired for our journey in 2026 and beyond.

Looking Back at 2025

2025 was an excellent year for the business and we took the time to reflect on some of our achievements from the past 12 months, including:

• Our partnerships and collaborations with customers across the world.
• The new faces who joined the HALCO team this year.
• Our charitable efforts, raising thousands for charity.
• The achievements and hard work of staff across every department.
• A special 10 year anniversary for a valued member of the team.
• Our brand new office fitout, reflecting our ongoing investment in making HALCO a great place to work.

Looking ahead to 2026

A major part of the day is looking ahead at the year and includes details about upcoming investments, developments and other exciting updates. 2026 is shaping up to be a big year for us, including:

• Growing our team even further across Europe.
• New products launches throughout the year.
• Continued investment in new machinery, IT, buildings and more.
• Exhibiting at some of Europe’s largest trade shows.
