Argos deliveries are in safe hands thanks to their HALCO customised freight straps used across their distribution network.

These bespoke hook and loop straps were designed to ensure that they fit any size of parcel delivered. Each of the straps are made from heavy-duty ‘loop’ tape with an Argos branded ‘hook’ tab to ensure the box is secured tightly every time. HALCO created four different lengths using individual premium hook and loop colours to help the driver choose the right length easily.

With more than 60,000 products available and over 1 billion visits to the Argos website each year (making it the third most visited retail website in the UK) Argos needed warehouse solutions to make their service, from order to delivery seamless. They wanted to save significant time by avoiding shrink wrapping, but needed ensure products arrived to customers in perfect condition.

Argos distribution centre's store thousands of lines of stock, all of which need to be stored safely and easily accessible, not only for picking and packing of customer orders but for stock rotation and relocation purposes. Improper storage risks injury to warehouse employees and could result in damaged stock and loss of profit. Argos needed a time-saving, multipurpose product for storage and transport of stock

HALCO designed a range of reusable and adjustable pallet/load straps, perfect for warehouse and logistics applications. Our custom converting production team allows HALCO to modify and customise the size, colour and print of our hook and loop range.
